Overview of the role:

    

    

As Lead developer you will have to design, build, implement and scale web and Wechat solution.

    

It will be for any type of solution passing by (but not restrain to) e-commerce, lead-generation, marketing, campaign. Also as a lead developer you will have to make sure the solution; from the server structure, app availability, api structure, front end integration are well implemented in the state-of-art way.

    

You will have to respond for a smooth integration for each system client needs to integrate with (CRM. sCRM, OMS etc.)

    

    

Key responsibilities:

    

    

    

● Minimum 5 years of experience in Web Development

    

● Preferred: Master Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with relevant industry experience

    

● Good experience and Deep Knowledge of back end technologies such as Ruby, nodeJs and PHP are required

    

● Good experience and Deep Knowledge of front end technologies such as VueJs and ReactJS are required.

    

● Curious and Innovative spirit, technology enthusiast

    

● Deep Knowledge of System architecture is required (knowledge about AliYun ecosystem is a big plus).

    

● Proven Ability to develop detailed solution designs. Understands Architecture Constructs - (Architecture & Design patterns, protocols SOAP, REST etc.), Development Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

    

● Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

    

● Good English speaking and writing skills are necessary to lead and communicate within a multicultural team (any other language is a plus)

    

You will join our digital production team as a full stack lead developer. We specialize in 3 types of web products :

    

1.High-end creative front end experiences for major brands mostly in the field of marketing in china

    

2.Web based business applications, either client facing or serving internal organization purposes (client onboarding, consumer service, Wechat integrations etc.)

    

3.WeChat mini-programs with quite wild range of services (CRM, campaign, event, e-commerce etc…)

    

● You will be responsible for analyzing and translating business objectives and technical requirements into architectural blueprints

    

● Design and implement high availability API, back end to support our front-end, integrating with many different types of API (sCRM, OMS, CRM etc…)

        

● Design and develop scalable web applications & Experience using open source technologies: HTML/CSS/JS/(Angular or VueJS or ReactJS) / (Ruby or Php or NodeJS)

    

● Develop High end and cutting edge e-commerce web experience using the following technologies : HTML/CSS/Webpack/VueJS/ReactJs

    

● Organize and lead junior developers, both internally or externally

    

● Work is usually project-based, in our office, but we also can work in-house to the client office, especially for creative campaign projects
