职位描述
Responsibilities:
l Interpreting research specifications and developing a work plan that satisfies requirements.
l Conducting desktop research, and using books, journal articles, newspaper sources, questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews to gather data.
l Analyzing and interpreting patterns and trends of crypto and digital asset investment industry including cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
l Recording findings by taking written notes and using appropriate software.
l Maintaining and protecting electronic databases.
l Assisting management with budget and time schedules.
l Anticipating research issues and promptly resolving them.
l Promptly reporting any problems to the relevant stakeholders.
l Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information at all times.
l Writing proposals and delivering presentations when required.
Requirements:
l A Bachelor's degree in research or similar.
l Master's degree preferable.
l Proven experience in a research field.
l Sound understanding of research methodologies.
l Proficiency in MS Office.
l Strong statistical and mathematical aptitude.
l Strong problem-solving skills.
l Practical experience in database management.
l Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
l Willingness to learn and grow quickly.
