职位目的：

解决所有经销商系统(DMS/TM1/Voucher/JCCS/DSS等)的日常问题，确保业务按照PCN/捷成的政策顺利进行

工作职责

1. 协助团队做好所有保时捷中心DMS系统的实施工作
2. 负责财务月结相关的系统支持
3. 协助团队做好需求变更管理，包括需求分析、功能测试
4. 负责维护所有应用系统的运行（如DMS、TM1、会员系统、JCCS、DSS等），保证系统应用平稳运转
5. 为用户提供DMS相关的专业支持与培训
6. 与系统供应商协调，监控服务器运营情况
7. 负责处理各类系统（如Oracle、JCCS、TM1等系统）和DMS系统之间的接口问题，监控接口运行状态
8. 负责协助并跟进所有保时捷中心的系统用户账号申请和管理
9. 与团队成员合作开展日常系统运营支持工作
10. 根据要求参与并协助IT应用项目相关事宜
11. 直属上级安排的其他IT应用工作

                                                

    

职位要求

1. 大专以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业
2. 1~2年以上IT或汽车经销商管理系统（DMS）或微软ERP系统方面经验
3. 熟悉汽车零售行业业务及流程
4. 熟悉汽车经销商管理系统（DMS）或ERP系统，有能力对业务流程进行分析
5. 懂Sqlserver或其他数据库知识更佳
6. 熟悉office相关软件
7. 懂IT相关基础知识
8. 基本英文读写能力
9. 良好的组织和协调能力
10. 懂财务知识更佳

Job Responsibilities

1. To assist team for DMS implementation to all dealers
2. Responsible for finance Month end closing support on system side
3. To assist team for application system change request management, include business analysis\testing
4. Responsible for maintain and ensure smooth running of all application system(DMS/TM1/Voucher/JCCS/DSS, etc.
5. Provide DMS functional support and training for end-users
6. Coordinator with system provider to monitor the server performance
7. Responsible for the support of other system(oracle/JCCS/TM1 etc.) interface with DMS system，monitor interface performance
8. Responsible for all application system user account application/ management
9. Coordinate with team for daily operation support arrangement.
10. support IT application project if needed   
11. The responsibilities are not limited to the above, the job holder will also follow other IT application work assigned by his/her immediate supervisor

                                                

    

Qualifications

1. College degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent area
2. At least 1~2 years experience in IT, or DMS or Microsoft Navision ERP system
3. Good understanding of automotive industry business processes
4. Good understanding of the DMS/ERP software, including the ability to map business processes to the software.
5. Better to understand SQLserver or other database knowledge
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
7. Understand basic IT knowledge
8. Knowledge in read and written English
9. God organizational and interpersonal skills.
10. Better to understand finance knowledge
