Responsibilities:

Customer Complaints Management

• To drive increased customer satisfaction by organizing the management and effective resolution for reduction of Customer Complaints.

• Lead and coordinate customer quality complaint resolution with operation team and functional team. Lead the engineering team for root cause investigation.

• Work with manufacturing plant to define customer acceptable CAPA.

• Use the quality methodologies, review 8D report from manufacturing plant. And submit to satisfy customer. Ensure closure of complaints.

• To ensure a correct follow-up of incidents, warranty returns, complaints etc. Have a can-do attitude and provide clear results.

  

Customer Product Inquires

• To retrieve accurate information via interface from Regional quality to customer. Work with manufacturing plant for any follow up requests and data from customer.

• Provide speedy responses to customers based on knowledge about the manufacturing.

   

Change Control Notification

• Work with team for process change review, customize a suitable customer notification package.

 

Customer QMS requests, survey, self-assessment  

• Coordinate with the manufacturing site to provide proper responses to customer survey or self-assessment. he or she should complete the survey form or self-assessment as much as possible before reaching out to manufacturing plant.

• Work with system engineer and manufacturing plant to implement QMS improvement requests from customers. Provide appropriate responses to customers if implementation is not feasible.

      

Skills and Knowledge:

• Lead remotely multi-function team from different regions across the globe.

• Good English in writing & speaking; conversion level.

• Proficient in software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Minitab, etc.

       

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical / engineering discipline.

• At least 7 years electrical / working experience in beck end semiconductor quality assurance manufacturing, the diode manufacturing experience and front end experience will be a plus.   

• Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the Quality Assurance function;

• Ability to learn and understand product nature, customer’s applications, manufacturing processes to be able to handle issues internally and externally.

• 8D, Cause and Effect Diagram, 5whys, FTA, FMEA, etc…, Good knowledge in statistical tools (such as SPC, MSA, Pareto, ANOVA etc…)

• Communications – Good English in writing & speaking; conversion level. . Must able to communicate well with personnel in overseas manufacturing sites and offices.
