职位描述
To identify the customer needs and sales opportunities in the respective responsible area, implement sales and market strategies, develop and conclude profitable business in order to meet the sales targets.
To establish, in the respective responsible area, the market intelligence, creating customer profiles, identify new potential customers in the assigned area in order to achieve a high degree of market transparency.
To manage the dealer in the respective responsible area in order to have a clear understanding of the dealer activities and make sure it is in line with the Lamberti business strategy and also minimize the inter competition
To monitor closely and control the A/R of the responsible accounts in order to minimize overdue and risks of bad debts.
Proactively co-ordiante, liase with and give input to the technical dapartment in order to harmonize the efforts from the technical and sales teams in order to meet our targets of product development
To give input for the production planning so as to ensure non-disruptive supply to the customer and also meet the set target of running stock and slow moving stock.
To seek and develop potential Key accounts (direct endusers and dealers) and develop business chance for new products in order to achieve sustainable growth.
To handle complaints from the responsible accounts and try to settle it with the customers in the most appropriate way.
Willingness to take self improvement actions as the preparation of himself/herself for taking some other task with higher responsibility
工作内容:
- To execute the sales and marketing strategy as set by the Sales Director
- To plan, organize and execute the visit to the main/ important/ potential customers and dealers
- To prepare the discussion material and promotional material for each customer visit and writing the visiting report after each visit
- To set and implement the pricing strategies according to the guideline set by the sales director
- To prepare and submit timely the monthly sales rolling forecast
- To collect and give on a regular base the information about market situation, customer situation, competition situation to Sales Director
- To give input to the technical department about the product optimization/ modification and new product development
- To participate regularly the production planning meeting and give input from the marketing point of view
- To monitor the outstanding of the customer and push for the settlement of the overdue in time
- To handle the customer complaints and try to settle them, with the assistance from various department, in a way which can be acceptable to all parties.
任职资格:
- University or Technical College graduate of Textile Chemistry or Textile Industry
About 5-7 Years working experience in Textile Industries (preferably with practical experience in printing or finishing) or in the Sales marketing position of Textile Chemical suppliers
Good team spirit and with storong desire of self enahcnement
Good self initiatives and communication skill, willing to have intensive travelling
Good command in oral and written English and able to use the computer office tools in preparing report, marketing documents and promotional files
