1.根据新项目的图纸、技术规范和BOM信息，及时对BOM中的原材料进行询价。 According to the customer drawing, spec and BOM, get raw material piece price in time from potential suppliers for the BOM of new project.

2.负责研究新项目中新的原材料的规范和要求。 Take initiative action to study the SPEC for new raw material in the new project.

3. 根据要求，及时购买原材料样品以用于各类成品样品的生产(项目定点之前)。 Release PO to purchase samples of raw material in time, in order to support internal sample build and submission to customer in time, before customer nomination.

4. 将项目前期的报价信息形成记录和报告，以完成交接给原材料采购岗位。 Finish the record and report of supplier quotation of new project with information, in order to hand over it to raw material sourcing position.

5. 上级安排的其他工作。 Other works from director supervisor.

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，机械电气自动控制专业 Bachelor degree or above , major in Mechanical or automatic control

2.采购管理，成本分析 Purchasing management, cost analysis

3. 3年以上项目采购管理经验 At least 3years project engineer experience or above

4.良好的人际交往能力和谈判技巧 Good human communication ability and negotiations skill

5. 具备较强的执行力和学习能力 Great power of execution and Learning ability

6. 具备问题解决能力   Problem-solving   skill
