Responsibility:

· Support production engineering activities;

· responsible for product test ,test equipment maintenance, product debug and rework;

· support production team to achieve the OTD goal;

· provide training for technicians and operators;

· cooperate with quality group and other production function groups to make high quality products; · support IPO to deal with all kind of materials issues and supplier quality issues;

· support cost reduction and 2nd sourcing activities;

· responsible for production debugging and RMA failure analysis;



Skilled required:

· Bachelors' degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics/computer science with min 2 years experience in design or test

· Familiar with labview, Csharp or VB

· Ability to analyze yield data and identify root cause of failures; whether they are a result of design, process, materials, or test repeatability. Familiarity with optical test methods.

· experience in tester release; familiar with GRR, SPC and tester correlation.
