Requirement:
1. 3 years facility maintenance experiences at least, major in Electrics, electrical engineering, Automation or equivalent.
2. College/university degree or above, Familiar with the electrical specifications in API, IEC. The experience of electrical design would be plus.
3: Specific knowledge on visual management,5S and related local SOP etc in Facility Management required for assignment.
4. Familiar with utility equipments (Clean room system, air compressor, fire fighting system, and building maintenance, water treatment etc)
5. Good command of English both oral and writing; Good computer skill, be capable of operation of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PLC program is plus.
6. Good interpersonal communication skills, teamwork player and good teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities:
1. Support manager to establish electrical maintenance strategy, undertake the electrical engineering work independently. Make routine and preventive maintain plan for the power supply system and electrical control system and ensure implement.
2. Follow up new plant power system and other utility aspect, participate and support in installation, commissioning,acceptance and qualification. Write IQ/OQ/PQ documents for new plant electrics system and other utility aspect qualification and execute inspection and test for related items.
3. Write ISO documents for new plant electrics system and other utility aspect to guide facilities operation/maintenance/stock of spare part control etc.
4. Issue maintenance and preventative maintenance plans for new plant electrics system and other utility aspect, execute it and keep the required records compliant and available.
5. Be responsible for an adequate reaction on abnormal conditions and emergencies, and keep compliant records of deviations and actions. Develop subordinates skill and knowledge by on job coaching.
6. Coordinates with different departments to fulfill the facility objectives, such as new production line/equipment installation, new workshop's expansion etc.
