职位描述


1.负责市场调研,识别潜在客户并收集竞争对手及客户的相关信息;

2.负责维护公司大客户,并对大客户进行销售预测实现二次开发;

3.完成年度销售及利润目标;

4.负责新项目的报价,大型三方物流、仓储物流工作经验;

5.作为公司与客户对接的窗口,理解客户的期望及要求;建立并维护良好的客户关系并且提供高质量的客户服务;

6. 与其他部门共同协作促进项目发展并处理产品相关质量问题,确保所有项目的顺利进行;

7. 准备并协调客户拜访,客户审核的相关事宜;

8. 与客户协调商业条款,工程变更,交期等相关事宜;

9. 负责客户的发票及尾款收回事宜;

10.领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

1. 本科以上学历,物流货代行业同岗位经验至少3年以上;

2.熟悉物流货代行业产品,客户及市场,有大型的三方物流、仓储物流工作经验优先;

3.优秀的商业谈判及沟通技巧;

4.工作积极主动并有良好的客户服务意识;

5.优秀的英语书面及口语能力;

 - Strategy & Growth

  1. Penetrates the account by making contacts and building relationships at multiple levels and in multiple departments within the account.
  2. Conducts regular business reviews, leveraging internal data and market intelligence to gain customer insights, and understand positive and negative trends in data, to uncover new opportunities for growth, increase sales, and retain and grow the business by presenting strategic solutions to customers.
  3. Works with and influences account team members (account management and operational resources) across geographies and/or divisions to execute the account strategy and deliver results.
  4. Uses strategic negotiation and sales strategies at the management level in discussing complex pricing and selling solutions with customers.
  5. Shares customer specific data, requirements and expectations with internal resources in order to collaboratively create viable supply chain solutions for customers.
  6. Reviews financial, volume and service performance reports and makes adjustments (pricing, process, etc.) that create efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Interprets and uses internal/external data and market intelligence (indexes, research, etc.) along with customer information (articles, press, etc.) to provide customers with business insights, improve customer outcomes and grow the business.
  8. Stays informed of changes within the customers’ business, industry and sector through regular customer communication and applies that knowledge to identify new opportunities.
  9. Creates annual account/portfolio budgets and plans that are reviewed frequently and managed to, in order to achieve desired outcomes.


 - Customer Service
  1. Serves as the primary point of contact for customers within portfolio, delivering a positive customer experience through proactive communication, timely responses ensuring quality execution against expectations.
  2. Manages conflict and navigates difficult conversations with the customer, using tact and diplomacy.
  3. Acts as an advocate for customers, internally conveying their customer-specific needs across the organization, to ensure proper alignment and prioritization of resources.
  4. Collaborates and actively communicates with partners on the capacity/product/supply team to identify strategic solutions for complex issues.
  5. Engages internal leadership team members to ensure alignment, resource prioritization and participation in account strategy.
  6. Partners with operations and capacity/product/supply teams to ensure optimal execution through the use of SOPs, best in class business processes, and mutually agreed upon customer KPI's.
  7. Partners with sales team to provide holistic plan for transition of customer accounts, define expectations and timelines, seek opportunities to leverage automation and set plans for execution.
  8. Builds trusting relationships by ensuring quality execution against expectations and collaborating with management to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  9. Understands negotiated payment terms and processes and ensures timely invoicing through monthly reviews.


 - Pricing
  1. Manages pricing strategy through a clear understanding of customer buying habits and CHR’s position within customer supply chain.
  2. Uses internal tools and resources, including but not limited to service line and pricing SMEs, to determine customer pricing strategy.
  3. Leads RFP opportunities or customers within portfolio.
