Fabernovel China is looking for a Chinese Copywriter to join its international team. The Chinese Copywriter should be proficient in editing, writing, and publishing a range of communications in Chinese on various social media and marketing touch points with ability to combine the art of writing with client’s brand/product to best convey brand communication, including press releases, corporate communications, websites, product brochures, advertising campaigns, marketing emails, etc. This role requires all levels for copywriting including but not limited to development of original content, editing or rewriting of existing content, and translations (English to Chinese).

The ideal candidate comes from a journalistic background with at least 12 months of professional experience in luxury and watch industry, will cooperate with our creative, digital strategists and marketing teams. Passion for blogging, twitting and interacting with influencers and media is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support and work closely with the team to understand client brief and needs
• Assist on online strategy’s adaption for Chinese and Foreign market
• Create original and creative content for Chinese and Foreign social platforms
• Daily social media listening, reply and consumer engagement
• Proofread, edit, and rewrite existing Chinese and English material to ensure accuracy of message

Cooperate with both internal and external parties and provide input on content development

• Support the team in other ad hoc activities including research, project management and strategy development

Required experience

• 3 to 5 years experiences in copywriting/content editing
• At least 1year of professional experience in luxury and watch industry
• Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English oral and written is a plus
• Well-rounded copywriting skills with experience in various industries
• Creative mind, detail oriented, and a multi-tasker
• Keen about social trend and languages
• In-depth social media knowledge (Wechat/Weibo/Douyin, etc.) and digital content creation expertise is a big plus
