工作职责：

1. 协助招聘主管 完成多种招聘渠道的定向人才搜索

2. cold-call + sourcing-call+ warm up-call, 协助招聘经理/主管 完成候选人电话寻访，回访,  跟进; 电话意向沟通，技能初筛, 面试邀约；

3. 候选人现场面试 协调 安排 

4. 协助招聘主管 推动招聘流程/ 维护招聘流程中有效资源的 relationships

5. 协助招聘主管 对接供应商商渠道

6. 公司常规招聘渠道维护与更新 （含岗位招聘信息发布，CV收集与筛选）

7. 每日招聘数据汇总更新 （含日报 , 周报 ）

8. 领导安排的其它工作事宜

    

任职资格：  

1. 全日制 统招本科 大三 大四 在校学生

2. 每周可至少3个工作日出勤，可实习至大四结束，可立即到岗

3. 形象气质佳，有亲和力，性格外向，头脑灵活，反应快 , 做事积极主动；善于表达, 善于思考, 善于学习, 善于总结　

4. 适应快节奏工作，适应全英办公环境, 有一定抗压能力

5. 人力资源相关专业 或 计算机相关专业在校生，对招聘工作有热情，毕业后计划从事人力资源 招聘相关工作者 优先考虑

6. 有欧美外企，金融行业, IT技术研发岗位招聘工作相关的实习经历者  优先考虑

7. 英文 听, 说, 读, 写  技能熟练, 可作为日常工作语言；汉语普通话标准

8. 熟练掌握 Word, Excel, Powerpoint 等office办公软件
