岗位职责

      合理的计划、组织、协调、安排车间生产，带领和激励车间各级员工持续提高产品质量和生产效率；定期对车间员工进行专业培训和绩效考核，充分调动车间人员的积极性和创造性。发扬团队合作精神，配合其它部门以不断创新的生产力和乐观向上的工作态度，来满足和达到客户的需求。

一、          支持新项目的开发和导入

1）         参与新项目模具的设计评审，提供可行性建议和方案

2）         协助工艺对新模试模试样, 参与试模问题点的总结探讨

3）         负责新项目产品工艺条件的确认和可行性评估

4）         负责审核新项目标准工艺参数和验收工装治具

二、          负责生产车间日常管理工作

1）         生产计划达成、设备综合利用率控制、生产进度跟踪、不良品返工管理和过程品质控制

2）         审核生产报表和生产报工系统的维护和管控

3）         物耗的过程控制和申请、领用审批

4）         故障模具维修审批，参与故障模具的维修工作，提供有效的修模改善方案

5）         本部门文件的编制、管理，以及文件受控发行的审核

6）         生产人员协调安排、加班、调休、请假等事宜的核准

三、          安全生产

1）         定期对员工进行安全生产培训，培养员工的安全意识

2）         定期巡查车间，发现不规范操作行为及时制止并教育、整改

3）         督促员工按规定穿戴工装和劳保用品，防范于未然

四、          设备管理

1）         督促各班组按保养计划执行设备的日常、月度、季度、年度的保养和记录工作

2）         做好本部门设备故障报修、维修、校验、报废、易损配件的储备和安全库存

3）         模具、工装、检具的日常维护和保养、履历管理

4）         做好属于本部门固定资产的管理

五、          环境卫生

1）         负责管理本部门6S区域

2）         每天安排人员整理现场，按照6S标准负责检查各项清洁、整理工作

3）         督促和监督车间人员支持公司各部门月度6S评比工作

六、         根据生产计划排程和订单任务申请和提出人力需求，并配合人事进行招聘录用工作

七、          和生产经理一起组织制定并实施本部门战略规划

八、          参加周计划会议，协同计划部合理排配生产计划

九、          按体系流程与项目、计划、产品设计、质量、销售、资材等部门保持良好沟通

十、          协助部门经理建立和完善部门管理制度，组织实施并监督、检查、确保生产的正常运作

十一、   掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产过程中出现的品质异常问题

十二、   支持和配合厂内新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用推广

十三、   配合技术部门、协助工艺工程师和下属领班解决技术难题和生产异常问题

十四、   组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等，开展持续改善行动

十五、   管理工厂基础设备维护，保证生产现场能够正常生产，设备处于良好状态

十六、   指导、监督、检查委派给所属下级的各项工作，跟踪和落实完成情况

十七、   监督和帮助下属完成个人年度绩效考核指标            

十八、 完成上级安排的其他工作。
