Essential Functions:
1. Checking staff expense reports according to local regulation and company T&E policy with high efficiency. Make sure all reimbursements are processed on time.
2. T&E transaction treatments in both Concur and finance system.
3. Month end closing for T&E according to closing.
4. Voucher and document filing.
5. Performing PTP process in SAP as requisitioner, finishing PR and GR for finance team timely.
6. Other ad-hoc requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Good computer skill, such as MS Office, and knowledge of accounting system, CONCUR & SAP experience is a plus.
2. Good communication skills, fluent English in both speaking and written English.
3. Hard-working energetic individual, good Logical thinking ability, learning ability, team player, able to work under pressure and multitask.

Minimum education and work experience required:
1. Above 3 year working experience in multinational companies.
2. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related majors.
3. Experience of Bank/T&E accountant is a plus.
