Role Profile
As a Manager/Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing project teams comprised of consultants and associate who design, develop and implement innovative long-term Digital strategies for client corporations that maximize the return on the investment of shareholders.
Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
- Managing the client relationship on a day-to-day basis
- Driving development of the content, either directly or by providing guidance to the consulting team
- Providing coaching to junior consultants to help develop their consulting skills, including sharing knowledge and experience, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow
- Contributing to the development of intellectual property within the Practice Area(s), including improving methodologies, tools, techniques and developing new ideas and approaches.
Qualifications
Above 5 years（manager）/ above 10 years（associate director）of consulting or industry experience in roles with strategic focus in:
- Strategy, Business Development, Business Improvement with digital solutions
- Expert communication and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize the team’s work into recommendations for presentation to clients, and deliver oral and written reports to client management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid experience in Digital transformation/ Cloud transformation/ Agile transformation
- Sound analytical skills, strategic thinking, creative problem solving and mental agility
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
- Be determinate, curious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively
- Be a proven leader with exceptional drive and commitment
- Have an outstanding academic track record in information technology digital/ management
