工作内容：

1、负责管理公司海外社交媒体账户（Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Youtube等），引导话题，策划营销方案，管沟通和对接老外/外包写手撰写和发布内容（根据我们自己的制定的方案，撰写相应的营销活动内容及文案；）

2、负责海外KOL及相关资源、合作方的挖掘、获取、对接、维护等工作；

3、制定并实施清晰有效的用户互动策略，增加粉丝量、粉丝活跃度及忠诚度；

4、跟踪和评估社交媒体营销的效果，整理、分析数据并反馈，总结经验，建立有效的运营方法；

5、收集、分析、整理、提炼行业竞争对手信息，协助产品团队开发和改进产品；

6、收集、分析、整理、提炼、海外用户的产品需求、内容需求，提出改进建议和方案（比如其他亚马逊或者其他主要海外电商平台的客户评论及反馈信息）；

工作要求：

1、本科及以上学历，英语熟练，CET4级以上；

2、2年以上海外社交媒体运营经验优先；

3、熟悉海外各个社交媒体平台的运营规则和推广手段，有效提高转化率。
