1. 新员工入职资料准备及收集 Handle the new employee enrolment and prepare the relevant document

2. 劳动合同鉴证及退工手续办理Labor Contract Management (certification and termination)

    

1. 考勤管理 Attendance Management

  

1. 使用人力资源电子信息系统，处理月度考勤和统计Monthly attendance data check and stat. by using e-HR system

2. 考勤报表整理和分析 Attendance report

3. 培训人力资源专员处理考勤分析和人事系统的使用 Train HR Specialist on attendance analysis by using e-HR system.

1. 遵守健康安全环境规定Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations

2. 参与员工激励子系统的各项活动Participate the Employee Empowerment activities

3. 部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
