Job Title: Course Consultant 英孚海外游学留学课程顾问
Division: EF Language Division 英孚海外游学/留学部

The Role:
As a course consultant, you will join a dynamic team and organization that offers great opportunities for career progression. You will be responsible for direct sales and customer services for our EF Language team. Your main task is to meet individual sales goal; you will also take part in various marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales- to execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals. Use our CRM systems to follow up on sales and our product characteristics as unique selling points. To implement various sales skills, i.e fact-to-face counseling, telesales, Infomeeting etc to close deals very effectively. To build solid business relationships with EF schools to recommend EF oversea courses to existing EF customers to fulfill their diverse English education needs.
Marketing - participate in some local marketing and take some marketing initiatives to generate enquires for sales purpose
Customer service - manage the customer service and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information, visa service, etc). This position requires a lot of direct customer contact, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Candidate background:
At least 3 years sales and marketing experiences in the related industry field are required. Abroad study or work experience will be a good plus; willing to learn different countries` education systems and Visa information.
Personal and professional Skills:
People person with influence and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform with multi projects under pressure. Working independently and comfortable with challenges.
Business and sales driven. Goal and results oriented.
Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Open-minded, flexible, multicultural taste and wanting to grow a career in a unique multicultural company like EF.
Proven ability to develop new customers.
Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges with flexibilities and creativity. .
Detail-oriented and self-disciplined, good time management skills
Enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good computer skill.
Essential Education:
University graduate with at least 3 years of sales experience.
Travel Required:
Domestic travels are required when necessary
Language skills:
Fluent in English
