Job Description
1.Project calculation
-Responsible for the calculation and update of Total At Completion (TAC) cost for each project.
-Working out and updating Budget and Forecast figures of the project in Global FORE
-Review and Analysis of TAC of the project for Budget, Forecast and Actual in Global FORE.
2.Project reporting
-Prepare and present current status and alternative scenarios. Track project related savings activities
-Prepare and update monthly reports and presentation in project review meetings
3.Accounting Specific responsibilities
-Responsible for customs and customer invoicing, VAT, Receivables and payment control
-Cash-Flow Management (i.e. input of project figures in Cash Planner)
-Control of cost and direct hours, control of man/hour writing, approve hours writing in SAP VCM.
-Perform BOM explosion maintenance, activity type and price maintenance in SAP VCM.
- Review and code the project related expenses during payment approval process, work closely with A&R to ensure costs are recorded with correct WBS
4.Specific responsibilities to other Project Core Team members
-Keep Project Manager continuously updated on financial situation of project and upcoming risks & opportunities
-Build and maintain successful cross functional relationships
5.Other Controlling Activities
-Support the Finance Head on business controlling and site controlling during ramp up stage.
-Support the Finance Head on MOR, divisional review and site review.
6.Others:
-Other tasks as assigned by the Finance Head.
-Actively involve and support Finance Head in the coordination, implementation and improvement of finance processes.

Basic Requriments:
Years of work experience
7-8 years working experience in Finance controlling and analyst. Experience in project type entities/industries is preferred.
Education background & Major
Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related;
Professional Skills
Familiar with standard costing module of SAP or ERP systems
Language ability
CET 6, good English in both written and oral
Computing
Excellent Excel and good PPT skill

Other Requirements
Audit experience (preferably big 4 ) and knowledge of Contract Accounting as a plus
positive thinking, honesty and integrity, execute and tough on principles
Team work spirit, strong communication ability
Strong analytical skills, be able to analysis route cause
