Line Manager Title: BD Manager / KA Manager

Subordinate: None

Travel Requirement: 10%

JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. Assist BD Manager or KA Manager for daily issue in Business Operation Department

2. Develop customer’s relationship by necessary daily communication

3. Provide support to line manager and all relatives in the company

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist BD/KA manager to response to customers’ requirement (RFQ) timely (even in weekend), analyze details of requirement from customers and inform internal stakeholder with relative information

2. Obtain cost of spare parts / equipment / repair service from appointed vendor (Inquiry), negotiate for best price and delivery term under proper guideline if necessary

3. Prepare quotation to BD/KA manager or send to customers (Quote) directly after double checking with and being authorized by BD/KA manager

4. Follow any purchase order (P.O.) released by customers and inform BD/KA manager to obtain following instruction and carry out same required from BD/KA manager

5. Monitor ship’s itinerary and arrange international / domestic logistic or delivery on board service directly according to P.O. terms

6. Collect service feedback from customers for BD/KA manager’s reference

7. Issue invoice in MTS system, prepare all documentation & files for any delivered order on time on behalf of BD/KA manager and remind BD/KA manager to track outstanding payment issue on a regular basis

8. Assist BD/KA manager for quality inspection / package tracking…etc as needed

9. Organize soft / hard copy file and documentation internal Business Operation Department

10. Other job required by BD / KA Manager or other management team members

REQUIREMENT:

1. Education: Associate degree or above, maritime related majority is preferred

2. Working Experience: Fresh hand or 1-2 years working experience in technical administration is preferred; sailing / shipyard engineering / marine equipment trading or service related experience preferred

3. Good written and oral English; Familiar with MS Office…etc software; knowledge of Marine Equipment & Spare parts will be a benefit
