1. Lead technical requirements engineering and product solution formulation and implementation internally and externally, from acquisition to project launch
2. 1st technical interface internally and externally, covering cross-functional; functions and overall problem-solving;
3. Requirement Analysis, Engineering and Implementation Management;
4. Allocate system requirement into sub-component level and finalize technical overall concept;
5. System solution designing based on Brose platform and customer specific requirements;
6. Cross-functional technical coordination and management, including: Hardware, Software, Application, Testing and Quality;
7. Overall interface internally and externally for cross-functional technical topics follow-up;
8. Interfacing with engineering specialists/experts and domain experts to finalize the concept/design with risk assessment;
9. Support electronics market scouting and support electronics product strategy with Feature / Functionality level and benchmarking, collaborating with advanced engineering department.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in electronics, e-motor control or automation;
2. 5-10 years working experience;
3. Require Engineering Experience (Methods and tools e.g. Doors;
4. Well-grounded technical understanding of power electronics systems;
5. Experience in design of electronics regarding HW/SW;
6. Strong communication and organizational skills;
7. Ability of structured problem solving;
8. The knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 is a plus;
9. NEV thermal system development and LV 123 knowledge is a plus;
10. Fluent English both in oral and writing.
