职位描述

Reasons:     

 BOYD has a clear plan in e-mobility areas to strengthen engineering / qaulity / facility / sales to this segment   Cold plate product for Delphi has strong engagement so far, to better work closely with Delphi SH local Sourcing / Quality team, as well as to support BOYD US colleagues on overall business strategy execution, plus all EV / *** related local China business to be managed by same sales person in early development stage, there is a need to hire a dedicated senior sales manager to be located in Shanghai for above tasks

 Special Qualifications & Skills

    

  1. Bachelor or above, better to be engineering degrees

  2. At least 8 years’ experience with Key Account Management or Sales functions

  3. At least 4 years’ experience selling automotive mechanical component / solution

  4. Familiar with local automotive industry ecosystem and supply chain   

  5. With good English skill (Speak / listen is also needed to work with US team daily)

  6. With very good communication / interpersonal skill and enthusiastic personality 

  7. Willing to work OT with pressure, be responsible and with good management skill


  

1.    Already engaged with China local EV / *** cold plate product target customers
 2.   Locate in SH city and work in BOYD SH plant, better to have experience of managing Customer and Internal expectation from both US or CN side team
