Job Summary
Identify training needs, develop training plans, coordinate and conduct quality training activities at CHO level.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Conduct training needs analysis for different level staff to identify and determine training needs
-Prepare annual training plan and set objectives for all programs to be conducted
-Coordinate with China training team to ensure the implementation of training plan
-Coordinate with Dept. Heads to ensure that introduction and orientation for new employees are properly
carried out
-Develop internal training program based on special requirements
-Determine external teaching resources available
-Evaluate proposals and recommendations of the sections regarding operational needs and further support them in this respect for the processing of business initiatives.
Qualifications
Education University graduate or above.
Relevant ExperienceOver 6 years of related experience, with experience in MNC or finance industry is preferred.
Skills/Language· Good professional skills in the design and delivery of training
· Good communication and presentation skill.
· Good command in English.
