Position Objective
Develops special, interactive and point of sales related project initiatives at AIA China, responsible for high level design, implementation,promotion, and tracking of related systems or platforms with objective to increase the overall productivity and activity ratios within the China's Agency Channel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management (50%)
Manages and engages project team members (internal) during the development phase of projects in order to ensure various viewpoints and inputs from the Project Director are factored in.
1. Works with cross-department members when developing the newly interactive business strategy platform;
2.Ensures periodic review of engaged projects are on track with finctional and performance responsibilities of the platforms or systems;
3.Engages other departments and BU's members to implement training, launch and promotional plans to rollout relevant systems or platforms
4.Conducts tracking mechanism on relevant systems or platforms in order to measure relevant user's productivity and activity ratios.
Interactive Systems or Platforms' Development & Support (50%)
Formulates, aligns and transforms company's strategy into the future i-thinking platforms and to be incorporated into the selling cycles within the agent's daily life.
1.Ensures the development of future i-systems or platforms are aligned with Company's strategy in order to maximize potential business growth opportunities;
2.Provides periodic reviews of content and technology issues on relevant systems or platforms in order to give the best tools for our agents;
3.Recommends future interactive development & support initiatives to Assistant Vice President, CHO Agency Technology
Job Requirements:
1. Education: University graduate with 5+ years experience, and a Master degree is highly preferable
2. Track record in system design, development, technology related project management or MIS AND previous experience in bank, insurance or other financial institutions are required
3. Previous sales related experience with an in-depth understanding of the insurance selling cycles or internal operations flows are highly preferable
4. Basic Knowledge of iOS, X-code (objective C), Oracle, MS SQL Server, MIS, database management, or AS 400 will be a plus
5. Creative disposition to develop new initiatives, and to effectively communicate such concepts to key executives within the company
6. Proficient presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin to convince entity stakeholders on the importance of adopting the interactive systems or platforms
7. Proactive and a problem solver in a very fast moving industry or environment.
