职位描述
Position Objective
负责全国团险的核保上报件审核，协助核保主管分析当地市场及确定业务发展与核保策略，促进业务发展，确保业务品质与合规,核保流程及系统需求改进,对全国核保进行案例分享和培训,提升业务品质,促进业务发展
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Review cases with in u/w authority. 20%
2. Conduct case study, portfolio claim experience analysis (including MAPA report) as well as medical trend analysis. 20%
3. Review and recommend improvement or appropriate changes to product, underwriting rules and pricing models regularly. 10%
4. Complete UW related issues assigned by CHO underwriting 10%
5. Conduct self audit within team. 10%
6. Underwrite new/renewal cases within underwriting authority in branch; 10%
7. Make recommendations on non-standard cases exceeding underwriting authority for higher level approval; 10%
8. Involve in Client/Sales communication. 5%
9. Conduct team training. 5%
Job Requirements
? University graduate or above, majoring in Mathematic, Insurance, or Actuarial subjects.
? Over 5 years’ working experience. Related working experience is a plus.
? At least 3 years group insurance underwriting experience
