Position Objective
Be responsible for branch operation support.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Channel and branch operation performance analysis and optimization.
2.Support branch daily operation and training.
3.Product analysis, upgrade, development and launch.
4.Support to branch manpower management, including compensation, validation, and sponsor commission.
5.Plan and manage branch customer persistency and customer service projects.
6.Other assignments.
Job Requirements
Education
University graduate or above, major in insurance, economics, finance are preferred
Relevant Experience
3-5 years of insurance experience
Experience in JV insurance company is preferred
Experience in insurance company with the role of DM or channel Sales Support or Operation is preferred
Skills/Language
ü Familiar with insurance operation, product development and persistency management
ü Familiar with PC skill
ü Good communication in both Chinese and English
Competencies
Customer focus, quality of work, accountability for results, communication, integrity
Personality
Diligence, earnest, smart
