职位描述
Position Objective
Assist in handling regulatory circulars and providing administrative support to the department.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.To register regulatory circulars-in, including scanning, making summary and filing of the circulars from the regulators.
2.To handle regulatory reports-out, including reviewing, scanning, registration and filing of the reports.
3.To maintain ePlatform of AIA China External Affairs.
4.To upload regulatory circulars-in on AIA Intranet.
5.To prepare monthly summary report on AIA China regulatory circulars-in and reports-out, and other monthly reports.
6.To provide administrative support to the department.
7.To accomplish other work assigned by Leader.
Job Requirements
1.Education: University graduate
2.Relevant Experience: At least 2-year working experience
3.Skills/Language:
? High sense of priority and responsibility
? High sense of confidentiality
? Excellent PC skill (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and PPT)
? Sound communication skills, both in written and oral Chinese, basic English skill (CET6)
4.Competencies: Quality of work, accountability for results, integrity, efficiency
5.Personality:
? Diligent, earnest, collaborative, flexible and responsible
? Quickly adapt to new environment, able to work under pressure
