Position Objective
Involve in HR team to draft binlingual message and articles for internal communication project
Roles and Responsibilities
? Translate in-house and outside documents in English and Chinese
? Act as a professional bilingual interpreter on internal communication project
? Edit message or notice for senior management team
? Draft the bilingual script for external interview
? Provide and consolidate China HR practice to AIA Inside
? Involve in the regular Newsletter issue
? Support HR leadership team to prepare reports for presentation
? Other daily communication project assignments under Culture & Synergy
Job Requirements
? Graduated in a well known university in China or abroad, majored in English or related disciplines
? Possessing translation qualification such as Accreditation Examinations for Translators and Interpreters
? At least 3-5 years' experience in translation and interpretation in a business related field
? Have been abroad or have been employed in a foreign company for at least 3-5 years
? Knowledgeable in both English and Chinese Financial and HR terminology is a plus
? Good command of MS Word and MS Power Point
