YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  

• Coordinating with creative copywriter(s) on monthly content plan, review their weekly content and help to optimize the content.

• Coordinating with internal team (creative copy writer, interns, designers) for the design of WeChat postings and advertising materials.

• Assisting Account Manager to track weekly performance of the accounts.

• Assisting Account Manager to generate monthly report for each client.

• Supporting Account Manager and coordinating internal team for social campaign execution including content, design and data tracking.

• Analyzing audience behavior and recommending strategic actions to improve performance

              

  

YOUR SKILLS & PROFILE

  

• Native Chinese with excellent English

• At least 1 year experience in Social Media operations (client/agency side)

• Detailed oriented and creative mindset

• Enthusiastic about social media

• A deep understanding on China social media environment and millennial’s trend in China

• Willing to develop social media performances and management skills

• Knowledge with food and beverage, lifestyle, niche brands is highly appreciated

工作职责

  

• 与文案团队一起制定出品牌账户的阅读计划，按照计划审阅文案每周提供的内容，并提出优化意见。

• 协调内部团队（包括文案、实习生和设计师），完成日常以及广告发布内容的设计和排版。

• 按时发布微信和微博的内容，并且对粉丝的互动做出回应。

• 协助客户经理追踪每周各品牌账户的表现。

• 协助客户经理为品牌账户制作月报，为客户提供有用的市场信息。

• 配合客户经理协调内部团队完成社交媒体活动的执行，包括文案、设计的制作以及数据的追踪。

• 对客户粉丝群体进行市场分析,制定***战略，帮助其在最短时间内获得成效

• 中英文流利

• 至少有一年社交媒体方面的工作经验（甲方公司或者广告公司）

• 注重细节，有创造性思维

• 对于社交媒体充满热情

• 愿意提高自己在社交媒体行业的发展以及管理技能
