JOB PURPOSE
This role is to undertake and implement ENR China Logistics Activities covering the import & export related tasks and domestic logistics arrangement for due dispatching orders

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Working with ENR China cross function team for updating future import &exports schedule and ensure goods transferring and receiving into warehouse per the pre-determined schedule.

Create the complete of shipping documents for domestic orders through ERP/SAP system as per the internal control requirement and interact with warehouse team for pre-dispatching jobs to ensure on-time pickup and safety delivery.

Handle the custom formalities related to application of new handbook for processing trade and monitor, track the bonded data to ensure compliance with regulation requirement incl. BOM change, handbook verification and cancellations etc

Plan & schedule the time for booking flight/vessel, working with the forwarder agent to determine the appropriate date for CIQ inspection on exporting cargo and subsequently pickup issue.

Prepare, review and check the clearing documents for importing & exporting orders according to the order requirement and submits to freight forwarder for clearing custom in a timely manner and ensure efficiency.

Perform the daily logistics management on cargo tracking & delivery and ensure the transportation in a safety manner to meet the Dangerous Goods shipping requirement and the Company’s standard.

Arrange for payment of importing duty & tax without delay by coordinating with finance team and conduct the pre-checking of forwarder Invoices when received and before payment submitting to Finance.

Manage and optimize the logistic cost/expenditure within an appropriate & rational level and do cost analysis while ensuring the logistics/delivery performance could be well obtained.

Standardize for efficiency of import and export process related to the ENR China business and execution of Trade Compliance internal control, establish process for assessing risks and exposure, drive necessary controls

Maintain the sound working relationship with the China government authorities and monitor customs/trade regulation changes and analysis impact to business and apply applicable regulations.

Monthly- and annual Performance monitoring and measurement of 3PL service providers as per the given rules and requirements and complete it by due date as required.

Complete other work assigned by leaders actively.

？ English writing capability to communicate with oversea JM colleagues or oversea vendors smoothly
？ Rich experience & knowledge on international shipping.
？ Rich experience & knowledge on import & export process incl. processing trade, bonded zone etc
？ Broader knowledge & skills on Hazardous goods (DG classification, DG package, import constrains, permit application, DG cargo transportation……)
？ Ensure all the activities meet JM standard & do the right things in ENR China business environment.
？ Working alone and independently, most time based at Site 1, part time based at Site 2;


QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years work experience in International Logistic field, preferably with experience exposure on chemical/Dangerous Goods
Familiar with China customs and Export control procedures and regulations
Experience of import, export and domestic transport operation will be a must
University degree or above in related field
Good knowledge in national EHS regulation on transportation and dangerous goods handling
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & ERP/SAP system will be a must.
Good English reading and writing skills
