General Responsibilities:

- As one of executive leaders in the organization that contribute to strategic planning and decision making at the top executive level to develop and implement an organization-wide financial strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and its short-term and long-term business objectives

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Accounting and Financial Reporting

Perform high level review of all internal & external financial reports

Perform high level supervision of external audit

Provide guidance on major accounting treatments, tax issues

Maintain healthy relationship with government officers in charge, auditors in charge

- Business Planning and Analysis

Be a strategic partner with MD and CFO to come up with short-term and long-term business objectives

Provide guidance in annual budgeting, monthly revenue and profitability forecast

Provide advices in pitch strategy and pricing strategy, includes review of key quotations

- Legal & Internal Controls

Review key contract terms in dispute (sometimes together with company lawyers), and provide professional advices for jointly decision making with business leaders

Improve internal controls in line with business development needs

Identify and set up internal controls to shape and manage all kind of risks (e.g. financial risk, labor risk, etc.)

- Leadership

Develop stable, effective and professional teams that align with business objectives and development needs

Work with other top executive members to create, develop and maintain a nice company culture to attract best people on all levels

Competency & Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years relevant working experience

- Work experience in a fast-growing service or project management industry, brand agency experience in Mainland China is a plus

- Native Chinese with fluency in English

- Well organized personality with higher IQs and EQs

- Expertise in communication

- Strategic Thinker, Problem Solving & Result Orientation
