岗位职责：
1.熟练掌握听力学基础知识并能对公司内外的人员开展相关的培训；
2.熟练掌握公司各系列产品特性及其与各竞争对手产品的区别，并能对公司内外的人员开展相关的培训；
3.熟悉各系列产品的验配及调试，能独立开展助听器的验配及调试并能对公司内外人员开展相关的指导、培训；
4.参与制定并实施各销售区域的培训、专家日促销计划；
5.实施“用户联谊会”；
6.参与新产品上市的本地化工作，如：产品资料翻译、培训资料的编辑整理等；
7.做好区培训记录，及时录入培训数据管理系统并加以管理并及时对培训过的验配师做电话回访，探寻培训需求以便开展后续培训；
8.分析各区域的产品销售结构，制定相应的培训课程、计划。

技能要求：
1.大学本科以上学历，医科专业或电子学专业背景，听力学专业优先；
2.3-5年以上培训师工作经验；
3.丰富的客户培训经验。

2.良好的演讲能力；
3.关注客户需求；
4.吃苦耐劳，愿意经常出差；
5.积极主动，具备跟进意识；
6.擅于持续性学习。
