With the following responsibilities:

-Liaison with manufacturing manager to establish technical and price requirements for outsourced components.

-Making contact with new and existing suppliers to obtain technical information and price requirements.

-Negotiation with suppliers to obtain best possible technical and price specifications.

-Placing of relevant purchase orders, including establishing firm contracts where required.

-Expediting of purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

-Working with manufacturing manager to ensure received items are of acceptable quality.

-Liaison with purchase ledger department to ensure correct processing of invoices and any outstanding queries.

Qualification:

任职要求：

University Diploma on Mechanical & Electronic Engineering related major, familiar with technical drawings.

大学机械与电子工程相关专业，熟悉技术图纸。

Capability on English reading and writing is required; English speaking is preferred.

具备英语读写能力；口语流利。

Working Experience within a similar field would be beneficial but not essential.

具有相关的工作经历。

Computer skills, such as Microsoft Windows XP, Word and Excel.

熟悉计算机技能，如微软的Windows XP，Word和Excel。

Be familiar with ERP system.

熟悉ERP系统操作。

Good presentation and communication skills, have strong interest on learning new things and will to be a good team member.

具有良好的沟通技巧，对新事物有强烈的兴趣。
