SAP HR Specialist

To achieve these goals, we are looking to reinforce our team with a:
SAP HR Specialist for our plant in Wujin (China)

Your main duties as SAP HR Specialist:
- using SAP HR software modules
- administration / customizing of SAP HR modules in future (project team member for complete implementation process of SAP HR payroll and time management)
- implementation of regular updates to the SAP HR modules after official start of project
- implementation of procedures related to the SAP HR modules
- close communication to headquarters to discuss any changes to the SAP HR set-up in advance


Your secondary duties within HR:
- recruiting shop floor employees
- follow up with shop floor employees' orientation training and classify training records
- follow up shop floor employees' evaluation during their probation period
- Assist with Employee Suggestion collection/ following up/ handling
- figuring HR related procedure

Our requirements:
- Education: 4-years college or higher education level
- minimum 3 years experience with Chinese ERP HR module Payroll and Time Management
- experience with the SAP HR modules payroll + time management would be a plus
- experience with the implementation of new IT programs / modules incl. system customizing (here experience with the implementation of SAP would be a plus)
- technical understanding of IT systems
- minimum 3 years of experience in HR department
- minimum 2 years of experience in a whole foreign invested enterprise would be a plus
- experience with Chinese HR law would be required
- experience with MS-Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook or adequate)
- very good English skills in writing, reading and speaking
- hard working, delicate, detail orientated
- Age: 26 - 35 years
