资深客户端工程师

工程师将在一个由4至8名成员组成的Scrum功能团队中工作，与其他团队成员合作，设计，开发和测试游戏功能，以及维护和重构当前游戏中的功能。

资深程序员应该能够领导一个程序员团队，并且是团队中解决技术问题的关键人物。

职责：

• 设计，开发和调试游戏模块
• 创建和维护游戏系统的文档
• 领导系统或功能的开发
• 解决复杂的技术难题
• 指导初级程序员朝着共同的目标努力
• 优化游戏代码以获得***性能
• 与项目经理合作并确保项目质量和进度
• 创建高质量高性能的代码

要求：

• 5年以上工作经验
• 计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或同等工作经验
• 强大的C＃编程技能
• 在Unity Engine方面具有丰富的行业经验和专业知识
• 在协作编程环境中工作的能力
• 对编程模式，标准和方法有深入的了解
• 上进心强，能够与大型团体一起工作，也可以在独自完成工作

• 对在线游戏的热情
• MMO开发经验
• 物理引擎，计算机图形学和游戏 AI相关技能
• Lua / Python等脚本语言经验
