Main Responsibilities & Indicator 主要职责及指标

1. Input customers’ new orders into ERP system, confirm finish date with Planning and send customers our order confirmation / order file with our confirmed ship date. Change orders as per customers’ requirement. Need to make sure the accuracy of all orders information throughout the whole process.

2. Keep good daily communications with customers in terms of order processing.

3. Follow up progress of orders with Planning and Production, making sure consignment can catch our confirmed ship date.

4. Follow up shipping schedule with forwarder/shipping line, making sure consignment can meet our confirmed ship date.

5. Keep customer well informed of delivery schedule, sending shipment tracking report / delivery file and shipping documents to customers in due time.

6. Other key account customer services support work.

7. Follow up A/R, strictly as per agreed payment terms/credit limit.

8. Update sales statistics and reporting as required and other supporting work of Sales Dept.

Experience/Education Required 任职资格

1. University graduate, major in sales & marketing or international business;

2. At least 2~3 years’ working experience as account service of international business, preferably in manufacturing industry;

3. Good demand of English language skills, fluent in both oral and written;

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office operation and ERP operation;

5. Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;

6. Work carefully, being responsible and honest;

7. Outgoing, teamwork oriented and mature;

8. Hardworking and being able to work under high pressure.
