• Carry out the installation and set-up of analytical methods in analytical lab to support different types of analytical projects
•  Develop trace level analytical methods for changeover
• Provide analytical support to process development, including the set-up, installation, development of in process control analytical method and carrying out analysis for in process control.
• Carry out the chemical structure study to the significant unknown peaks with the technology of GCMS and LCMS, to provide the information to process chemists for the control/eliminate the impurity levels;
• Collaborate with R&D on analytical method improvement and equivalence.
• Provide the timely trouble-shooting to local suppliers
• Conduct analytical method transfer from internal lab to external lab.
• Support internal analytical laboratories at corporate production facilities in the region.
• Arrange and utilize the analytical resource, control the reasonable throughout time for each project
• Maintain and update the analytical database for each product, and issue the analytical data timely

• Participate the daily management of analytical lab.

Skills and knowledge required:

？ Majoring in analytical chemistry, Minimum MS
？ Experienced in separation technologies (liquid, gas, ion)
？ Experienced in development & optimization of analytical methods for new process
？ Experienced in using analytical instruments - GC, LC, LCMS, GCMS, IR, Near IR, UV
？ Experience with other analytical technologies -Particle Size Distribution, Physical property technology, color measurement, Trace component technology

？ Understanding quality systems & ISO standards and operating disciplines
？ Technology networking & leverage.
？ Project management
？ Knowledge & experience with crop protection manufacturing standards & guidelines
？ Basic understanding of agrochemicals/chemicals registration requirements, FAO regulations
？ Basic understanding of crop protection standards, environmental regulations & best practice
