Requirement:
1.Several years of experience in computer skills and basic office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
2.Good command of English (both spoken and written);
3.Effective communication and co-operation skills;
4.Ability to have multiple ongoing tasks and respond timely;
5.assistant related experience is a plus;


Responsibilities:
1.Program/department running support;
2.Communicate with other sites of the company in the world, to handle program tracking, logistics related issues;
3.Being an assistant to an engineering group, this person will help engineers with purchases, shipments, and other administrative tasks.
