Requirements:
1. B.S. or above in EE, CS or other equivalent
2. More than 5 years first hand design and development experience on firmware for Telecommunication industry
3. Expertise in designs using a variety of Processors and FPGA/CPLD with VHDL or Verilog
4. Familiar with analog and digital control circuits is preferred
5. Self motivated, strong problem-solving capabilities6. Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop firmware for line cards and optical subsystems, collaborate on system architecture.
2. Help production engineering and troubleshooting
3. Work together with US colleagues for co-development
