Requirement:
1)3+ (for bachelor’s degree) or 2+ (for master’s degree) years work experience in optical communication or related industry;
2)In-depth understanding on principles of optical transceivers/transponders;
3)Familiar with optical/electrical testing instruments (DCA, Optical Switch, VOA, BERT, and etc);
4)Experiences on Visual Basic is a plus;
5)Good team player and capability of working independently is a must;
6)Good command of English;

Responsibilities:
1)Key person in new production introduction process – responsible for product BOM structure set up, test configuration definition and qualification;
2)Product troubleshooting and qualification during development phase;
3)Product transfer to manufacturing and trainings to manufacturing engineer;
