Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in engineering. Optical background is preferred.

2. At least more than 5 years in optical communication industry experience

3. 3 years team leading experience as minimum requirement

4. Have experience on global multi-site cooperation and communication skills cross multi-functional teams

5. Familiar with all MFG process control, such as SPC, PKI, GR&R.

6. Familiar with MFG operation system (such as Agile, Oracle), be able to define and optimize the MFG routing.

7. Can motivate people with good management skill

8. Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks and work closely with R&D team and work under pressure to accomplish the critical tasks.

9. good in English(Spoken & Written)


Responsibilities:


1. Lead PE team to conduct all NPI (new production introduction) activities for Linecard development, act as contact window and work with global sites.

2. supervise and coach team member to define or optimize the existing developing process, as well as passing the PIP review.

3. Supervise and conduct all product related activities, such as testing, process review, Agile related doc, etc.

4. In charge of production related testing activities, including define all test plan, as well as passing design goal for test SW team.

5. Takes the lead to achieve the company's target for the preparation of all the bill of materials, as well as internal WI

6. Takes the lead to get a good management at MFG side for all engineering changes, include yield study and improvement.

7. Setup manufacturing process, upgrade the production efficiency to strongly support company business development

8. Conduct cost reduction activities for project developing

9. Enhance engineering support to company daily operations;
