Requirements:

- Major in electromagnetic field and microwave;

- Familiar with some of the RF design software (ADS, HFSS);

- Familiar with analog and digital circuit design, high speed circuit design;

- Hands-on experience in RF measurement equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer) and debugging.

Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for RF designing, testing, verifying and reporting of RF related areas for 10G,40G,100G product;

- Stand from RF side, work with R&D team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality;

- Evaluate customers original input, provide proposal and negotiate with internal team and customer;

- Prepare RF sample, RF test instruction with PM/ME, Support production line for all design issue even after design release, solve RF engineering problems with some support/guide.
