Requirement:
1.MS or Ph.D. degree in Engineering (automation, optics, mechanical or EE etc)
2.Good communication skill
3.Willing to travel, including domestic and international
4.2+ years work experience in process development for electrical/optical component preferred
5.Previous experience in fiber optic preferred

Responsibilities:
1.Work on the development of various high speed opto-electronic components or optical sub-assemblies (OSA).
2.Will be responsible for some key process transfer or advanced process development, such as die/component attach, wire bonding, optical alignment and assembly, laser welding etc.
3.Will also be responsible for DFM (design for manufacturability), process/equipment capability/capacity analysis, basic statistics and Cp/Cpk calculation, yield/scrap analysis, and process documentation.
4.Will closely work with design, NPI and product engineering teams in creation of new manufacturing designs
