1.B.S. or above in Communication，Electronic engineering or other equivalent
2.More than 3 years first hand design and development experience on electrical circuits.
3.Experience of high speed optical transponder/transceiver is desirable.
4.Familiar with analog and digital circuits design tools, design cycle and rules preferred
5.Familiar with RF design preferred
6.Self motivated, strong problem-solving capabilities
7.Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop 10G optical transceivers
2.Help production engineering and troubleshooting, help on cost reduction activities on PCB respin or new components introduce
3.Work together with US colleagues for co-development
