Responsibilities:

1.Work closely with R&D, engineering group, purchasing group and sales team to collect the specification requirement of packaging and labeling.
2.Establish and improve the packaging and labeling procedures.
3.Identify and develop new material and /or technology to improve package quality, supply chain flexibility, packaging process robustness and reduce package cost.
4.Responsible for the packaging regulations compliance.
5.Provide the expertise to enable proper application of the bar code symbols on the finish good packaging.
6.Provide technical support for supplier assessment and development.

Qualifications:

1.University degree in mechanical engineering, material/Packaging Science or related field. Packaging engineering is preferred.
2.3+ years of experience in packaging design, testing and industrialization practices or manufacturing processes related to packaging.
3.Good knowledge of manufacturing packaging processes, materials, adhesives, printing process and related standards and regulations.
4.Strong trouble-shooting and analytical skills is preferred.
5.Strong communication skill, self motivated and good team player.
6.Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
7.Good at Microsoft Office and Solidworks or similar autocad software.
