Requirements:
1. Master degree in Electrical Engineering, computer science, communication, Electro-optics, with strong Electro-optics background.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in optical transmission network industry, working experiences in NSN, Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, ZTE, JDSU is preferred.
3. Hand-on experience in coordinating with multi-function Engineering team.
4. have experience on Linecard system design, 2 years experience is must.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of HW/SW, subsystem modules, and their test methods in optical fiber communication.
6. Experience in optical transmission system modeling, design and product development.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of system test solutions, and has the ability to do experiments and root cause analysis.
8. Ability to solve complex issues in system design and product development.
9. Must be self-motivated, have leadership to conduct product developing activity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is desired.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new or custom designed Linecard based solutions, mainly focus on system architecture design.
- Separate overall customer requirement into internal requirement to each function and conduct each function design activities, as well as each function technical review.
- Work with global hardware design, software, FPGA, Optical, mechanical engineers, and technicians to build, test and verify the new products.
- Analyze customer and marketing technical requirements to meet new and specific customer needs.
