JOB FUNCTIONS & PURPOSE：
1. Manage the master data of application system and In charge of the master data import and audit to guarantee the accuracy
2. Collaborate with the businesses groups to ensure understanding master data requests, processes and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Familiar with the OA setting specifications and the corresponding approval flow, raise OA improvement suggestions to maximize the value of the OA system
2. For the new OA function requirements of company's business development needs, to guide the business needs research, set up test scenarios, and put forward the feasibility of the program and coordinate the various departments of the test.
3. OA system regular update and maintenance, including implementing system patch and application security patch; database exception handling and related backup plan monitoring and optimization
4. Responsible for new employee data entry in OA system and referred authority assignment and adjustment
5. According to the referred department business needs, derives the corresponding report form

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT：
1. Master in configuration management theory, implement configuration management activity base on company process.
2. Quick thinking, clear expression ability, good communication skills, good teamwork
3. Master in business process and related configurations.
4. 6+ months SQL database referred experience
5. 2+ years referred experience
6. Familiar with basic PC software tools, including word processing and spreadsheets.
7. To be able to work efficiently and shoot troubles effectively under pressure or in emergency case
8. B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
