Job Description:

  

• Provide secretarial support to department directors/managers and in charge of coordination tasks with other functions;

• Assist to prepare the routine reports e.g. weekly and monthly reports, etc.;

• Responsible for collecting and analyzing sales data;

• Responsible for department stationery purchase, air ticket and hotel reservation, express delivery, etc.;

• Assist to create PR application, set up new customer code, modify and maintain pricing in SAP system;

• Performs other duties if necessary

主要职责:

• 协助部门总监及经理处理日常事务及各部门之间的沟通协调事宜；

• 协助制作各类报告如部门周报月报等；

• 负责整理分析销售数据；

• 负责部门文具采购、机票酒店预订、快递寄送等；

• 协助在SAP系统完成PR申请、新客户建档、价格维护；

• 完成其他分配的工作

  

Requirements:

  

• College degree or above, major in Administration or English preferred;

• Good command of both written and spoken English;

• Good PC skill;

• High sense of responsibility, good team player and strong communication skills;

• At least 3 working days per week for 3 to 6 months

职位要求：

• 大专学历及以上，行政或英语专业优先;

• 具有良好的英语书写及沟通能力;

• 熟练使用计算机软件;

• 有高度的责任心、团队协作精神及良好的沟通能力;

• 每周出勤三天或以上，实习期3-6个月
