Principal Software Developer
Location: Shanghai- China
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document new and existing software features to ensure software meets business, quality and operational needs
• Work with product manager and product owners to interpret and translate business needs to technical requirements
• Lead software development by closely working with software architects, product owners, scrum masters and other stakeholders
• Drive and participate in code and document reviews, coaching team in best engineering practices
• Ensure high quality software is delivered by following engineering practices like peer code reviews, code standards, and unit testing
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance is achieved
• Apply extensive technical expertise to resolve challenging programming and design problems
• Design and implement solutions to enable robust, scalable and maintainable software
• Contribute to technical roadmap and technical debt elimination, balancing time, resource, and quality constraints to achieve business and strategic goals and requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent domain
• Over 10 years of software development experience
• Strong development proficiency in C++, C#, .NET programming skills
• Detail-oriented with respect to software development process, communication and documentation
• Be able to monitor and troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-pace product delivery and scrum practices is a plus
• Experience in BIM software development is a plus
• Possess strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities is a plus
• Technical leadership experience in one or more areas of graphics, modeling is a plus

• 作为技术lead跟架构师、产品负责人和敏捷教练以及其他相关专家一起实现产品开发。
• 发起或参与软件代码和文档检验，coach团队使用***实践完成开发。
• 使用丰富的技术积累和经验解决挑战性的编程和设计问题。
• 为关键技术突破做贡献，能够突破限制，平衡时间和资源帮助团队实现业务和战略目标。

基本任职要求

• 本科以上学历，计算机科学、机械工程或其他相关专业
• 10年以上软件开发经验
• 熟悉C++,C#, .NET编程技能
• 有能力快速高效的察觉和解决程序层面问题
• 英文听说读写熟练

• 有快速产品迭代交付和敏捷开发实践优先考虑
• 有BIM软件开发经验优先考虑
• 有很想的技术分析和解决问题能力的优先考虑
• 在图形学或modeling领域有技术leader经验的优先考虑
