1.Define, develop and implement quality assurance practices, procedures, quality control plan and other QA assessment.

2.Implement quality management system is compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 /TS16949 requirement.

3.Define scope and objective of all levels of QA inspection and testing based on international standard and / or industry standard which includes test equipment selection, test method , test result analysis, test report generation .

4.Coordinate various departments to test, evaluate and validate new material, new process and applications, identify issues and recommend improvement measure.

5.Conduct quantitative analysis to ensure the quality risks are correctly assessed, identified and managed.

6.Plan and participant all audits included supplier audit, in process audit, customer audit and other quality related audits.

7.Provide quality related training to QC operators and production staff.

8.Liase with third party laboratory for required test as required.

9.Perform other duties as assigned.

10.This position does not supervise other personnel.

Job requirement:

1. Good bachelor degree in engineering.

2. Min 10 years engineering experience preferably in Quality and manufacturing engineering environment.

3. Able to apply Minitab, quality companion， SAP or other quality management module in ERP system into daily quality activities.

4. Fluent in English & Chinese (oral & written).

5. Fresh graduate or less than 5 years experience in managerial capacity needs not to apply.
