In order to support the high speed growth, PEER China now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of Segment Sales Manager. The position will be located in Shanghai and report to Strategic Sales Manager.
Job Summary
The Segment Sales Manager will be responsible for industrial gearbox and/or industrial motors industries and will lead a sales team of 2 to 3 team members.
Key Responsibilities
? To plan for the target industry, and make the segment strategy
? Maintain relationship with current clients, proactively find opportunities to expand/enlarge current business and find ways to develop the corresponding clients (client's supplier/distributor/competitor etc.)
? Look for new market opportunities and build new relationship within the market
?Drive and motivate the team, responsible for the competency development of team members and lead team to achieve company goal.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
? At least 4 years working experience in bearing industry or PEER's focused industry
? Insightful analysis skills
? Good interpersonal skills, can leverage resources across teams
? Proficient English skills both in writing and speaking
? Is able to travel frequently
